I’m Som, a keen diver, ocean advocate, and conservationist based out of the tropical outpost of Cairns, Australia (way up north, down under!) I grew up snorkelling amongst the corals of the Great Barrier Reef and was lucky enough to return here to work in 2017, to look after tech, strategy and creative thinking at Citizens of the Great Barrier Reef, a climate change non-profit that we're currently building from the ground up.

Most of the projects I contribute to come back in some way to my work at @citizensGBR .. if you see a fork the original code is probably in use on a remote reef on the GBR 🐠
