v0.2beta:

Mar 29 : Decision on C++ Layer --> Florian will continue to work on this for another 2 weeks.
Apr 12 : Florian to present the C++ layer (the final Go/NoGo decision)
Apr 30 : New installer / C++ Layer
May 17 : New installer code merge into Master.
Jun 1 : All methods work with the new installer and run install-check >> on Pulse
Jun 24 : Functional testing done
Jul 1 : 0 Beta bugs
Jul 8 : Documenation cleanup and review
Jul 8 : Beta Release

Refactoring of current methods to the C++ layer: array_ops, svec, dec-tree, kernel-machines, plda, sketch
