Uses google TTS to read text written in different indian regional languages. This app is configurable for also setting the the pitch, speech rate and setting the voice to male and female. For settings, the app redirects to settings -> language & input -> text-to-speech -> text-to-speech settings. Options to change the above mentioned properties are available there.
