    So that they know what's going on. Also means we'll find out sooner
than later if their email address doesn't work.

  2. Add a link to the team-supervisor docs 

    So that the secondary contact has a bit more info about what the
primary contact is expected to do.

  3. Include a summary of the primary contact's responsibilities 

    Mostly so that the secondary contact is also aware of the kit loan.
