Controls cameras from MedPC connection panel. Aligns data from DeepLabCut pose-estimation output + MedPC tables + TTLs.

• Controls White Matter cameras using http requests and json.
• Each MedPC control box is connects to a 24V-5V optocoupler which output runs to an Arduino mega.
• The pins are read by the arduino script and parsed by PySerial.
• The camera recording status on when 5V is coming out of the optocopler.
• Displays camera status, last onset and offset times, and the number of recorded sessions, for 12 cameras, in terminal window.
• Rendered example on YouTube.
• Press q to disconnect all cameras when session is complete.
