Исправляет баг, из-за которого вызов глобальных проков через Advanced ProcCall выдавал ошибку(взято отсюда tgstation/tgstation#26465). Так же добавлена подробная инструкция при вводе имени прока.

Запустил. Вызвал глобальный прок имени станции. Все сработало.
