Progress on extracting edit-json

Previous PRs extracted some of the highest value infrastructure (build, eslint plugin and a few others) into their own repos, which this repo now depends on.

This PR removes a large amount of remaining custom infrastructure that wasn't paying its way anymore.

After this PR, I consider #135 done, and we should prepare for work to align Starbeam with Ember Polaris and to release Starbeam 1.0.
