Description:
This pull request closes #361 and updates the Layer 3 page by revising Madara's description from 'a specialized sequencer' to 'a Framework for Layer 3 app chains'. Additionally, a new section is added on "Karnot: Rollup-as-a-Service for Madara App Chains," offering insights into Karnot's role within Madara ecosystems.
