Open & Import don't work when using Safari "Save to Dock" feature

Save to Dock allows users to save websites as standalone "apps" (similar to Chrome shortcuts, etc)

Web Inspector console log (accessed remotely through main Safari app Developer menu) shows the pointer down event but no error messages

  • 0.1.4.1 alpha
  • 0.1.4.2 alpha "dev"

These menu items work fine in normal Safari app.

Save works fine in all situations.

Hmm... I'll look into it but I must say all "safari stuff" is low priority.
Safari is so riddled with bugs and weird quircks, one might start to believe in weird "they're doing it on purpose" conspiracy theories :-)

As I say it all works as expect in Safari the browser.

It's the standalone "Add to Dock" apps that might need something in a PWA manifest. I'll look into it.

No need for the tin hat :) let's stay friends
