Update Simple-Chinese Translation to latest.

hi,stenzek:                    i have seen the Translation of korean, spanish, russian already be  OK to show in big-picture mode。because i can't continue to update as before by clicking "…\xxxxx\Documents\GitHub\duckstation\src\duckstation-qt\update_translations.bat", so i lconvert the “…\Duckstation\translations\duckstation-qt_pt-BR.qm" to be “…\Duckstation\translations\duckstation-qt_pt-BR.ts", as well as "duckstation-qt_zh-CN.qm to be duckstation-qt_zh-CN.ts", then i copy the 600 string of "fullscreenUI" from  duckstation-qt_pt-BR.ts to duckstation-qt_zh-CN.ts, and i try to translate part of them and lrelease in Duckstaion emulator to try, all of them show ??????????,can you guide me?   游戏音乐种花 ***@***.***

Not sure why you're overcomplicating it. This script should work: https://github.com/stenzek/duckstation/blob/master/src/duckstation-qt/translations/create-update-and-edit-language.bat (after extracting https://github.com/stenzek/duckstation-ext-qt-minimal/releases/tag/latest to deps\msvc). Just drag the .ts file onto the .bat file.

Big Picture font loading should be fixed in 624b118. ImGui's font renderer doesn't rasterize glyphs dynamically at runtime, so you need to re-run update_glyph_ranges.py (also in the translations directory) if you use any new characters.

i saw the new .ts and the font of big picture in 624b118  OK, i am still puzzled how to run update_glyph_ranges.py? double-click have no effect.i lrelease the .ts to .qm still show ?????? in big-picture mode.my python,lupdate,lrelease path install as follow.
