This PR adds support for
govulncheckandgo vetin theMakefile. In addition,proto-builderandgolangciwere bumped to their latest respective version. This PR also removes unused dependencies and bumpsgithub.com/rs/corsto mitigateGO-2024-2883. CosmosSDK was bumped to the latest version.
