Fix issue IMGIITRoorkee#32- Including help option in CRL Menu

Added a new "Help" option to the menu to provide users with detailed information on all available features. The "Help" option (denoted by 'h') displays a list of the program's functionalities, explaining each feature clearly. This improves the user experience by providing quick access to help without needing to consult external documentation.
