Additional builds for Cubit version 2021.5 with Windows

Note: The Mac OS plugin has been built on Mac OS 10.15 but should be working with any version of Mac OS (successfully tested on 11.4 and 11.5 with Cubit 2021.5)
Note: The Windows Plugin is built on Microsoft Windows Server 2019, we are expecting the plugin to work on other version of Windows, but it has not been tested tested extensively... Please reach out if you encounter any issue... (We will also appreciate feedback about successful installations and uses)
