Google Summer of Code 2012
Statsmodels is participating for the fourth time in GSOC under the umbrella of the the Python Software Foundation .
If you're interested in applying to work on statsmodels for Google's Summer of Code, you should:
- get in touch with us on the statsmodels mailing list or with one of the mentors.
- develop a viable project proposal. The ideas page is a start, but it's highly recommended to start to discuss it with us as early as possible.
- submit your proposal on the Google Summer of Code student portal early so we can help you refine it
Many questions can be answered by the GSoC FAQ.
Students should read the PSF Google Summer of Code Expectations to understand what is expected of accepted students.
