作者你好,我发现你在多序列微共线性模块展示了graph,peach以及cacao之间的共线性,最终绘图则是用peach和cacao都去和grape比对,那能否最终绘图能否用peach比对grape,再用grape比对cacao再用cacao比对一条其他物种的染色体这种线性的可视化方式呢,如果现在可以实现能否附一下具体步骤?万分感谢

唐老师好,就是我尝试使用下面这行代码更换微共线的参考时(当然示例中建议是最好是单一参考),all.blocks中的新加的第三列值都是NA,这可能于更换了参考有关,宏观的共线性是可以更换参考的,但是微共线绘制的时候,对于哪些细节值得注意,帮助完成更换参考的操作呢 python -m jcvi.formats.base join AU9XY.sunup.i1.blocks sunup.chrx.i1.blocks --noheader | cut -f1,2,4,6 > all.blocks
