Add CMake support. It makes using mimetic in C++ apps more modular. CMake is well supported across Windows and Linux, and works in Visual Studio.
Tested on Ubuntu, in MSYS2 with CLANG64 on Windows, and in Visual Studio on Windows.
Works best in a superbuild project but does work fine with FetchContent - namespaces won't be available.
The cmake script only builds the main library, static or dynamic. It looked difficult to add the test case build.
It also builds a pkg-conf .pc file so it can interoperate with autotools - I didn't add static lib tags though, only dynamic.
This should make mimetic more portable and flexible for people to include in various projects. Thanks!
