this was to resolve issues with the MiM cap bottom plate spacing. However, also altered the level shifter structure to separate the digital and analog grounds, both in the schematic and layout, including the project top-level pinout.

created a .yaml file from the old datasheet.txt and did the necessary modifications:
The block passes DRC, LVS and the area requirements.
With the modifications, some other measures are working, some aren't, and some measures doesn't have an equivalent template tb. the block will need comprehensive characterization later.
