Make use of enumLabels, enumOrdered

frictionlessdata/datapackage#844 updates the Frictionless Table Schema with a pattern that allows indicating the human readable labels for enum values. Once adopted, we could update the Camtrap DP table schemas (and profile) to make use of these and pull that information out of the description.

The tables.html and profile.html layouts should be updated to still display the information on the website.
