Printing configuration registers structs for packer and unpacker

Problem description

For debugging purposes it was needed to add print functions for configuration registers structures found in cpack_common.h and cunpack_common.h.

What's changed

Added print functions for each structure field and then added print functions for entire structures using print functions for single fields.
