Weird error likely related to the termux build system is seen after successfully running termux_step_make_install (see x86_64 actions build).

Looks like to be issues with the termux build system.

• i686 build stuck at build:frontend, perhaps just blacklist this arch
• arm and aarch64 has connection issues

I gave up fixing shebang in termux_step_massage with TERMUX_PKG_NO_SHEBANG_FIX=true.

@licy183. Still, the ARM on device building encounter connection issue ETIMEDOUT.
