This PR makes some of the fields in the
APIGatewayRequesttype optional.The reason this fix is needed is described in:
Unfortunately I couldn't find an actual specification of what the
APIGatewayRequesttype should be, so I just had to infer what the types are based on howsam local generate-eventandsam local start-apiwork. The specifics are in the two above linked comments.
