📌 Explain the Request

Feature request to add Bandage plot visualization to the [TheiaProk] workflow. Bandage plots provide a clear graphical representation of assembly graphs from de novo assemblers, which would make it easier to visually assess contig connections and assembly completeness.

This feature would output a Bandage plot (png) automatically after the assembly step, enabling quick inspection without needing to open additional tools.
