This PR adds a Github action in .github/workflows/shiftleft.yml. This will trigger a scan whenever someone creates a PR. Any potential vulnerabilities will be reported in Shiftleft.io. For now, the AppSec team will be triaging the results first and will communicate any relevant ones to the owner's Trello requests board.
