Working on upgrading to the custom elements v1 api.

createdCallback => constructor
attachedCallback => connectedCallback
detachedCallback => disconnectedCallback

This would have to be given a bit more testing in test branches, but it's probably important that we get on the current spec before sharing <bulbs-elements> with the yankee office.
