Fix the data and the code

Fixed the world boundary table in the database. Changed the coordinates from geometry to geography. The images from the previous release are still valid.
Code is now completely working as well

Data files for workshop

The two gz files are all you need to reconstitute the database and the test images directory

The zip file contains the images vectorized and added to the database.
We only used the first directory from the data used for:
