Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to differentiate between repositories currently inspected and the ones that should be inspected for Kebechet analysis, we need different job for it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Set up daily cronjob for repositories that use Kebechet (?) and collect thoth-yaml files knowledge (-e ThothYaml).
