Problem statement

Related to #572 (the original issue was splitted)

High-level Goals

Get metrics coverage for all of the services Kebechet bot provides

Proposal description

Extend metrics for all of the relevant Kebechet managers that are reasonable to inspect (are being actively used)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Decide if any of the managers should be omitted

Extend SLI/SLO metrics from #572 for

  • thoth provenance manager
  • info manager
  • label manager
  • pipfile requirements manager
