_DO NOT EVER MERGE._

Unlike start-jsk/rtmros_hironx#290 for hironx, this didn't go well as far as I tested manually and saw the visual on RViz; the issue start-jsk/rtmros_hironx#287 still seems to be happening. I just open this PReq to share what didn't work out.

With the patch at collada_parser ros/robot_model#93 (hydro), without this PReq the issue start-jsk/rtmros_hironx#287 doesn't happen.
