"Smarter Hochwasser Schutz Challenge" - submission

This repository is part of my submission for the DIVABRE "Smarter Hochwasser Schutz Challenge", which achieved first place. Parts of the code were adapted from a Jupyter notebook given on the challenge website.

To run this repository please first set up your environment and install all necessary packages with

pip install -r requirements.txt

Then you can execute the main.py with

python main.py
