Draft of dominance model (no tests are conducted and errors might come out). If this dominance model is a good model, we need to think about:

  1. Incorporating errors for non-diploid setting
  2. What to do with triploid +
  3. Speed up the code to add dominance effects into the genetic values while incorporating genotypic information
