Disclaimer: não deu para usar o
django-rq-schedulerpara fornecer a interface admin p/gerenciar as tarefas porque o projeto ainda não tem suporte p/Django 3.0. Por conta disso tive que fazer esse caminho alternativo de agendar as tarefas na fase dereleasedo Dokku.
