    Example:

  [user SomeUser]
  writable = rw_repo_1 rw_repo_2
  readonly = ro_repo_3 ro_repo_4

Group rules are still supported:

  [gitosis]

  [group gitosis-admin]
  writable = gitosis-admin
  members = SomeAdmin

  [user SomeUser]
  writable = rw_repo_1 rw_repo_2
  readonly = ro_repo_3 ro_repo_4
