DOCS-356 updating XML files and the jinja template
This commit fixes a few references to "ZibBee" which is not a thing. ZigBee is, however, and clearly the intent of the author.

Fixed a syntactical error
getTypeName is missing from here. I had to dig to find it in the forums (here: https://community.smartthings.com/t/get-device-type-in-smartapp/47135)
This is to make it more clear that live logs will only appear for locations where you are listed as the owner.
With Account Migration live and the register URL hidden in Prod, figured we'd want to change this.

Apparently users have been updating my fork. I originally forked it from Tyerlange and wanted to align the repos so that users don't find your original and have it be stale data. I think this is the case, new to actually using github.
