3. Downloads
Camera icons next to all plots can be used to download a PNG image of the plot generated.
Clicking on the ‘Download report from current view’ button will download a multi-page PDF report of all plots generated by the user. The report contains a cover page providing the date and time that the report was generated, as well as relevant citations.
A plain text comma separated values (CSV) format file containing a line list of all genome-derived metrics and details concerning data provenance (e.g. accession numbers and citations) can be downloaded using the ‘Download data’ button at the bottom of the page. This file is approximately 3.5 megabytes in size.
Note the data is curated by the Global Typhoid Genomics Consortium (GTGC) and processed by Typhi Pathogenwatch. Therefore if you use the TyphiNET data as a resource or in publications, please acknowledge this and cite the GTGC (Carey et al, 2022) and Typhi Pathogenwatch (Argimon et al, 2021) papers. In addition, each genome is annotated with INSDC accessions for the raw data, a citation (PubMed ID or preprint DOI), and details of the originating laboratory (see lab codes here) and contact person. If you re-use specific subsets of data, e.g. for a single country, please review the contributing publications and cite them as appropriate.
