Reactive shiny app. First working version - interactive and displays results from endometrial cancer DESeq2 and MAF tool's mutations analysis.

Known issues:

Analyze button not yet programed
Needs integration with cloud computing for faster dynamic analysis
Needs support for analyzing other tissue types and data sources
variables in separate files (Recount3[...].Rmd and Maftools.Rmd) need to be merged into server app for dynamic updates
Needs documentation
Should add a loading/processing indicator
