feat: update downloads for 22.04 from 22.04.3 to 22.04.4 #175

As @guiverc (Chris Guiver) has mentioned in:

... "Ubuntu 22.04.4 (and flavors) were released":

https://fridge.ubuntu.com/2024/02/22/ubuntu-22-04-4-lts-released/

But the download links at:

https://ubuntu-mate.org/download/amd64/jammy/

... are still pointing to :

https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-mate/releases/22.04/release/ubuntu-mate-22.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso

.... which no longer exists (returns a 404 error).

This commit and Pull Request replaces "22.04.3" by "22.04.4" in the version number, and updates the SHA256 checksum and Magnet link accordingly.
