uGet Documentation

uGet Documentation that can be modified and contributed to by the uGet community. Any uGet Community member with a GitHub account can contribute to this documentation sub-project. All documentation sources will be stored here, including but not limited to: tutorials, changelog, knowledgebase data, etc.

To-Do

1. create a tutorial (perhaps with a video) that describes how to contribute to this project.
2. create folders for tutorials and pages
3. add the changelog page
4. add the manpage page
5. migrate old site tutorials to this repo
6. update old tutorials for the modern versions of uGet
7. setup documentation section on new website that integrates with this repo
