Project Scrum Table code conducts:

  1. How to create a user story User story is like a story telling. You should specify below three main points: *) the problem the question should specify what's the problem is (what's going on here), what's your expectation/goal At least, the question should be a sentence, or should be a phase, easy to understand.

  2. How to claim a user story whoever claim the user story should further offer below information in the user story: *) first of all, tag your name [name]prefixed in the story note. *) clarify the fix solution, *) must done -- clarify the fix deadline. (Common sense, in Agile team, no more than 5 business days)

  3. How to manage a user story User story could have its life cycle. 1> From creation ->move to-> ToDo list 2> After claim ->move to-> InProgress lists 3> after done ->move to-> Done list
