Update Readme. Remove old .bak files, that isn't in use.

Centos 7 is not supported? |
Centos 7 is deprecated, but it does work for now. "CentOS Linux 7 will reach end of life (EOL) on June 30, 2024." |
CentOS Linux 7 will reach end of life (EOL) on June 30, 2024.
Update EOL for all OS versions.
I updated all EOL, instead of just Centos 7. |
