I have checked this pull request but this issue has not been resolved now:

At this moment, now customer send an email to agent side but now we have using the agent account for reply from postman side then emails not received on the customer panel.

-> If we using the same email in agent and customer account, then email received on the same agent account.
-> If we are using the only agent email then email received to the customer email account.
