This repo contains all the programs used for COVID Lung CT scan analysis as ipynb files. It also contains the PDF files containing proof of the best accuracies obtained.
The dataset used can be found here : https://drive.google.com/file/d/13gRaUpopoKCGZNypj2otAW70R90irB-m/view?usp=sharing. For all the ipynb files, it is recommended to use Google Colab.
The usage of multiple prebuilt models have been used in order to classify the images. Also a basic CNN model which is hyper parameter tuned is also present.
This project is for using CT scans to identify corona using Deep learning. This project comes under the initiative to delve into usage of Deep learning in Medical Imaging field.
