AnkiDroid 2.19alpha6 (unofficial patch)

Ankidroid with support for a custom root certificate in custom sync server settings. Also included patch to remove Hard/Easy answer buttons.
This build works fine on my phone, but please do create an issue if there's any bugs. I'll also try my best to keep the releases up-to-sync with upstream.
Don't forget to completely uninstall the old Ankidroid package on your phone (preferably doing a backup of your collections first), and only then install one of the apk's below (match with your phone architecture, arm64 is the most common nowadays).
