How to send the VpnHood Client diagnosis report

To send the VpnHood Client diagnosis report, please follow these steps:

1. Click the menu button, represented by three vertical dots in the top-right corner.

2. From the menu options, select "Diagnose."

   

3. Try to work with your network, such as browsing somewhere and reproducing the issue, then disconnect the VpnHood.

4. A report will be automatically generated.

5. Send the report or open the report and email its content. [email protected].

   

👉 If you send the report and want to follow up, you need to include the report reference number in your email.
