This adds details to the dereferencing algorithm about how to dereference a DID path and/or DID query, including what roles methods and extensions can play.

Need to discuss this first, don't merge yet.

This topic of extensibility of DID URL dereferencing is related to all open issues that potentially introduce a new DID parameter, e.g. #85, #90, #39, #40, #5, #43.

markus_sabadello: That adds placeholders for DID parameters that we have defined in DID Core.
… And adds placeholders for parameters for the dereferencing mechanism so we can document how to process each of them.
… I would add that this has to do with the question of how many parameters we want to define in DID resolution itself.
… We have the possibility to define some parameters in DID resolution itself and registering extensions for new DID parameters.
