During this meeting we discussed or mentioned issues #445, #463, #464, #466, #467, #468, #469, #470. There were 7 more topics that we didn't discuss, and will be covered during the next meeting.
This PR also corrects a date for a future meeting: the next meeting is in 2 weeks as usual, on 9 November. Beware: The time zone changes from PDT to PST (Daylight Saving Time ends on 5 november). In Europe the meeting will still be at exactly the same time because in Europe Day Saving ends on 29 October.
