Update GOV.UK and AC.UK definitions

The official whois servers are not responding correctly, I am reverting them to the .UK TLD.

They are:

- whois.nic.ac.uk: DNS is configured, but the lookup always return object not found
- whois.gov.uk: DNS not even delegated
