Platform specific notes

• Ubuntu
• Releases prior to 9.10 (Karmic): include the ancient PyInotify 0.7.x, instead of the newer (required!) 0.8.x or even 0.9.x. See https://github.com/wimleers/fileconveyor/issues/8.
• Mac OS X
• When using MacPorts (comes with Python 2.5) on Snow Leopard (where the default Python version is Python 2.6), you may have issues with getting FSEvents to work. Please see https://github.com/wimleers/fileconveyor/issues/37 in that case.
