First release, updated

This release features a couple of minor updates:

• MCU uses RtAudio version 4.1.0 now
• Changed README format to Markdown
• Make Makefile working both under Windows (with DirectSound) and Linux (with ALSA)
• Compiled a 64-bit binary using the nuwen.net MinGW distro
