Eq's v1.0-alpha

New release with some bug fixing and performance improvements. I consider it to be feature complete and will call it a proper v1.0 after some more testing.

Eq's alpha release

Making an alpha release here for feedback. Still lots of things that I plan to improve, but the plugin's basic features are complete and it runs pretty solid even when dealing with lots of automation.

Vst3 and AudioUnit, macOS only for now (it also compiles and runs fine on linux - tested on Ubuntu 19.10).
