Description
The enum wc_LmsParm was incomplete, which created some practical difficulties for wolfboot wc_lms support on embedded targets.
Also, added
wc_LmsKey_ExportPubRaw()tolms_test_verify_only()because it was not covered in wolfcrypt test.Testing
